EEE1004: Assignment 0 Deliverables
For their successful assessment in carrying out
Assignment 0 (15% of the total coursework mark),
all students are expected to
hand in or demonstrate (on their terminals - for item 2)
to their practical/tutorial supervisors the following:
- "Pledge", duly edited using a wordprocessor,
printed out and signed (to contribute to 3% of the mark)
- First C++ program "hello", duly edited (to produce the
appropriate greeting to the student, by their name) using the
Programmers File Editor, compiled and run; students
must demonstrate this in the Cygwin window (4%)
- Solutions to the algorithm design problems as required
by your tutorial supervisor,
e.g. El. Eng. students are expected to present
Design Diagram solutions for Problems 2, 3 and 4 (8%)
The practical/tutorial supervisors will
"tick-off" each student against the above
deliverables. The dealine for all deliverables

Submit your algorithm designs with a title page
indicating the module code (EEE1004) and your degree course
code (and with your name written on each sheet!)
through the Reception of the School of Electrical and
Electronic Engineering (1st floor, Merz Court).
