Learning software engineer
School of Mathematics, Statistics and Physics, Newcastle University
I work in the digital learning unit in Newcastle University's School of Mathematics and Statistics.
My main responsibility is the development of the open-source e-assessment system Numbas.
I'm at work 8am-4pm, Monday to Thursday.
My interests include recreational mathematics and digital accessibility.
In 2021 I started writing a collection of essays on the subject "Behind the design of Numbas".
This is all old stuff - I started putting more recent things on the Numbas site.
