| 1. Following transfer of progenitor cells

containing IL2 more than 50% of the cells acquire NK1.1 within 24hrs, most of
the remaining |

acquiring NK1.1 over the next 48hrs. |
|

| 2. Following transfer to IL2 the proportion
of cells expressing CD94/NKG2 receptors also increases, |
| but
to a lesser extent than NK1.1 |
