The cells described were stained with medium [black] or anti-IL2Ra mAb [red] followed by
Alexa Fluor 488 anti-Ig.
Conclusions
1.  In contrast to the situation for IL2Ra chains, NK cells and T cells express similar levels of
IL2/IL15Rb chains on the surface.
