Teaching

Darren Wilkinson teaching This section of the site contains information relating to my teaching activities. In the academic year 2012/13 I taught MAS3325 (Multivariate data analysis) and MAS8402 (statistical bioinformatics and stochastic systems biology), both in Semester 2. I am not currently scheduled any undergraduate teaching. MAS8402 formed the basis of the first edition of my textbook, Stochastic Modelling for Systems Biology. I also have some lecture notes (and introductory computing information) available from courses that I have taught in the past. These include notes on introductory probability theory and also notes on stochastic simulation and MCMC. There are chapters in my book on these topics too, also based on my original lecture notes.
