My research interests include:

· Epidemiology:

o The effect of physical, social and attitudinal environment on quality of life and participation in children with cerebral palsy (SPARCLE - a multi-centre European study) Analysis using Rasch models, structural equation modelling

o The health of older people, in particular prognostic indicators (Cognitive Function and Ageing Study). Survival analysis.

· Systematic reviews and meta-analysis:

o Cochrane reviews of gynaecological cancer

o Complex lifestyle interventions
