Registration

A registration form for an individual can be obtained here, as either a PDF file or a Word file (rtf format).

In the past some departments have found it convenient to submit a single registration form to cover all their delegates.  A block registration form for this purpose can be obtained as a Word file (rtf format).

As payment needs to be by cheque, we ask that completed registration forms be posted together with the appropriate fee: there is no electronic registration.

Please register by 6 May 2005. The registration fee for the meeting is £30 per person and includes lunch and refreshments.

Venue and travel

The meeting is held at Room 2.21 in the University Research Beehive (Old Library Building on main campus, Claremont Road), clicking here to find a map of the relevant part of the campus.  For those who know the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Newcastle, the Research Beehive is next to Merz Court, where the School is located.

Travel information to Newcastle can be found by clicking Travelling to Newcastle.  Delegates wishing to drive to Newcastle should know that parking on the campus or in the city centre is very limited.  An alternative to parking in the city centre would be to use the park and ride facilities at Callerton Parkway, which is near the airport, and then take the Metro to Haymarket station.
