Annotations appear in the top left corner of the computer screen when a learner moves the cursor over structures in the image. In addition, the video picture changes to show a close up or manipulation of the structure under the mouse cursor. The dissector lifts, depresses or highlights interesting features of the structure the learner is pointing to on the computer screen.
