Simple Answers
The compound contains four stereocentres shown in red on diagram A below.
Hence there are 16 possible stereoisomers of the compound. The only two
stereoisomers which can actually be formed are structures B and C below.
These two compounds are both achiral meso compounds, and are diastereomers
of one another.
