The torsional angle between H_c (in an axial position) and H_b (in an equatorial position) is 60^o which according to Figure 8.15 corresponds to a coupling constant of about 3Hz.

The torsional angle between H_b and H_d, (both of which are in equatorial position) is also 60^o which according to Figure 8.15 corresponds to a coupling constant of about 3Hz.
