This is a recent document composed by Denis Russell in April 2012.
NUNET began around 1969 and was a star network based on DEC PDP11 computers.
Dumb terminals were connected to a Node, a PDP11, that transmitted the characters typed
to another node or eventually the mainframe.
This document lists the nodes, the number of terminals (Lines/slots) and the
Hosts/Gateways they were connected to.
They were at Newcastle, Durham and Northumbria Universities that were NUMAC.
