A Really Wet Day

On Wednesday the 2nd November the Building Inspector came and approved the widening of the foundation.
Concrete delivery

A cubic metre of concrete was delivered at 3pm and barrowed in in one hour.

On Thursday the 3rd November the blockwork was made up to height.

Ducts and Tubes

Whilst waiting for other things e.g. inspector, concrete, etc.
they bashed holes in the blockwork and positioned 'slow bends', ducts and tubing.

Friday 4th November dawned a very wet day.
They managed to deliver the bricks but it was far to wet to do much else.

One thing we did manage to do, and that is setout the house on the blockwork.
It was a very tight fit. The best was the NE corner, all the others were just on or slightly over.
