They got the 18 rafters up, a Rolls Royce of a job. 1138 nails in 7 hours.
That is almost 3 nails per minute, and that includes putting rafters in place,
moving ladders, climbing up and down them.
These photos of the fixing of the rafters, the metalwork is repeated
on the other side. Where I would use one nail they use two and when
the roof is tiled it will not be visible. Note the quality of the wood, and it is all treated.
