There was not much change to see, but all the first floor joists and more was fixed.
In fact a request was made for 8ft x 4ft sheets to lay at first floor level so work could continue higher.
After much telephoning, why couldn't they give more notice?, they will be delivered tomorrow morning.
In addition, tomorrow, two crane men will come and quote (I hope), for the job of lifting two 500Kg roof beams.

This is them packing up, giving up at 15:44:30. Collect all the tools and lock them up.
Cover timber to keep it dry, get inside in the warmth, and get a warm drink inside, light fire
and knuckle down till tomorrow.
