Just one photograph in this blog page.

We took Kimmo and Matti to Newcastle Airport at 8am, their flight was at 10am to Amsterdam.
I got up early, at 7am, to shower and walk the dog, then no time for breakfast before driving them to the Airport.
Bid them farewell, safe journey, thankyou.
I said to Kimmo, "I think you have left a bit of youself here in our new house."
He thought about what I meant, his English is OK, but picking up such nuances took a second or two.
Then he understood, nodded and smiled, and gave me an overstrong handshake.
Later in the day as we walked around the new house, the roofers were gone awaiting half tiles.
John had gone, no-one there, no hammering, just drifts of sawdust and offcuts, & silence.
We now enter a new phase in the house build where perhaps Margie & I can do things to build our house.
