he is off to Keswick on same business. He had to come back because he forgot his padded coat.

Oh! by the way, the scaffolding is still up, it was to be removed yesterday,
still not today. Scaffolders, like screeders in Scotland, are elusive.
Margie finished off installing insulation down below, a job she enjoys, and came up to help me put
a vapour check barrier (plastic to you and me), inside the insulation.
Her dress making skills were useful in fitting it around the window frames.
This is the North gable wall that needs doing because down below is the Utility Room where,
on the week beginning the 24th April the Electricity will be connected,
and they need a wall to mount the meter on. So we need the vapour check and wall in place.
Tony and John got stuck into building the internal walls. We need that done to get the "first fix"
done by the electrician and the plumber.
They also made an opening in the first floor ceiling for the flue from the stove.
They had to cut through the ceiling insulation that Kimmo and Matti installed,
what a pity that Kimmo did not make it. The star shape above is the cut in the Tyvek
underneath the tiles where the flue will go through the roof.
