Today we got water. Flushing toilet. If I wired up the immersion heater we would have hot water.
This is a bit of pipework I never hope to see again because
that ACV SMART dual mantle cylinder goes in front of it.
This is the pipework for the Ground Water Heat Pump.
Mick Donaldson, the plumber is supervising the filling of the underfloor heating system.
Joe and Craig are upstairs listening and looking for leaks.
But, we not just got water, we got a leak!

It comes down behind the plaster and emerges at a window sill.
So system drained. The leak is to do with the under floor heating/heat pump pipework.
the mains water to the taps and toilet have been on most of the day with no leak.
The leak happened when the underfloor heating system was filled.
Tomorrow, Mick will return and will sequentially fill the heating system until the leak appears.
Then we will know what part of the system is leaking, (it could be more than one!),
and what we have to do to fix it. Prefer having to go through plaster ceiling than floor boarding.
