Surplus Wood Gone

Today, John and Tony, came and took away the surplus wood.
I have kept some for our immediate foreseeable needs, and then a bit
but the bulk was outside under plastic, (winter is approaching), and in
The Cottage garage which we need to sell empty.

This is the first trailer load about to go, mainly Stirling Board, but also some timber.
John and Tony are always good for a bit of crack, Margie just loves it
I have too much to do.

This is the second load, it doesn't look much, but it is a fair amount of timber.

And the final load disappears down the lane. It was on the 3rd February that the first load
came trundling down the lane, over eight months ago.

This is the hallway where the tools and things are kept.
Unix the dog would like us to settle down.
We moved from Brookside East where she lived from 10 weeks old to Brookside Cottage,
but most of every day we are not there, we are in Brookside Lodge.
She just has to follow us about, she doesn't like being alone.

Today I have been fixing curtain rails, four done, four to do. No photograph.
Margie has been wood treating various bits of wood trim around the bath and the wood stove.

The finishing of the wiring for the Underfloor Heating/Ground Water Heat Pump
is pencilled in for Friday, (cutting it a bit fine for Monday)
so keep your fingers crossed on Monday, PLEASE!

(Oh! the roller garage door get installed on Friday as well.)

(The missing Kitchen cupboard doors are due on Saturday, fitted by Gordon.)

This is near THE END of the blog of the building of a house.
