The next crossing is Salter's Bridge, it dates back to the 13th century.
It is a Grade 1 listed building and a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
There are two arches, round on the right, pointed on the left.
After 1018mm of rain this is the view:

It is a credit to the builders that it has survived 1000 years.

This is the dowstream side, two round arches.

Originally it was only 7 foot wide it has been widened but is still single track.
