TACIS/TEMPUS Project with KRSU

This is a collaborative project Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. This project is coordinated by National Technical University of Athens (Greece); also involves University of Goteborg (Sweden). The current stage of the project (2000-2001) involves development of the Master degree programme in Computer Science. The following visits have already been made:

from Bishkek to Newcastle:
- March 2000 and July-August 2000: Gennady Desyatkov and Oleg Maevsky
- May 2000: Vladimir Nifadiev (KRSU rector), Kumen Isakov, Gennady Desyatkov, Oleg Maevsky, Elizavet Gavrilets and Sergey Goncharov
from Newcastle to Bishkek:
- November 2000: Alex Yakovlev
- June 2001: Chris Phillips
