Abstract: Two novel
bis-oxazolines have been prepared from a readily available derivative of
diethyl L-tartrate. Enantioselective copper catalysed aziridination and
cyclopropanation of styrene were carried out using and as chiral ligands
to give products in up to 69% e.e.
