The exercises on this website are self-explanatory, so that you can do them on your own at home. However, you may want to show this site to your teacher and ask him or her to use it in class.
If you are a (future) student of anthropology, linguistics, communication studies or similar, you may find the content of the exercises relevant to your field of interest.
But even if you are planning to study sciences and other related fields, you could find the exercises helpful because they train you in general listening skills for academic study. You don’t need special subject knowledge to understand them.
