NEWS:

A conference on Emergent Quantum Mechanics was held in Vienna last October (2013), the paper for the proceedings is now published in the Journal of Physics.

I improved my personal best at the Amsterdam Marathon on October 20, 2013 to 4:16:42.

The talk given at the Emergent Quantum Mechanics conference is now available as a movie.

I ran the Liverpool Rock'n Roll Half Marathon 2015 on June 14, improved my personal best to 1:51:42 in what was probably my best race to date.

I presented an Institute of Physics open lecture in Lincoln on February 8, 2017. The slides of the talk are here

I presented a plenary lecture entitled 'What is spin?' at the 10th international conference on nanoscience at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in July 2017, the slides of the talk can be found here.

Thomas presented a keynote lecture entitled 'An Extended-Electron Approach to the General Many-Body Problem' in August 2017 in Beijing at the annual NanoChina conference, the slides of the talk can be found here.
