The registration fee will be in line with previous UKPEWs to allow as many people to participate as possible. The fee will include attendance at the workshop, a copy of the proceedings, lunch on both days, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and a workshop banquet on the evening of the 14th July. In addition accommodation has been arranged at Claude Gibb Hall at the University of Northumbria, just a few minutes walk from the workshop venue, at £23.25 B&B per night. Accommodation is limited and will be awarded on a first come first served basis. There are also many hotels in the city, those in the Jesmond (NE2) area are quite convenient for the campus.
