What a treat to have such a high turn out, absolutely delightful to see so many familiar as well as new Lunchrunners. It was a great sunny day to be out there.
 
Spread the word, you don’t have to do three laps, you can do more or fewer laps and we are happy to keep a record of this for your convenience. Personal progress reports are available on request, just shoot us a message!
 
You don’t even have to run, you can come and join the movement even when injured, by walking the course and cheering the other runners on.
 
Hopefully, we’ll see you and more new people next week.
