WinTran is a Windows program for converting ecological and palaeoecological to / from Excel, Access, Paradox, DBase, Lotus, comma separated, Cornell and Tilia formats.

The download contains a single executable that will install the program and Microsoft Data Access Objects (DAO) 3.6 to support reading / writing Excel, Access and other format files.

Note: this program has been superseded by the data import / export functions in C2. It only remains on my website for historic reasons for conversion of some old pollen data formats. Please email me if you would like advice if you are not sure if you need this program.
