Glycogen synthase structure

Our latest Biorxiv preprint: The much awaited structures of human muscle glycogen synthase, revealed in full glory at 3-4 A by cryo-EM, providing a structural basis of enzymatic regulation by phosphorylation and glucose-6-phosphate binding.

Chaperonin-substrate complex

From one endogenously-tagged sample, one tool nanobody and one EM dataset, we got to visualise the TRiC chaperonin in its full glory. What else did we uncover? The folding clients tubulin, actin as well as the PhLP2A cochaperone coming along for the ride! See for yourself in our Biorxiv preprint.
